ATAC-seq(Assay for Transposase Accessible Chromatin with high-throughput sequencing),即利用转座酶研究染色质可进入性的高通量测序技术,是染色质构象研究的主流方法。它利用高活性Tn5 转座酶将测序接头插入到染色质的开放区域,然后利用高通量测序推断染色质区域的可进入性(chromatin accessibility),计算转录因子结合位点(transcription factor biding sites),并进行核小体定位(nucleosome positioning)等分析。
